This will be our 10th year to walk the walk for Carry the Load. 2013 was the first year I heard about Carry the Load. I served 13 years as a Signal Support NCO in the Army National Guard. I went through multiple deployments going from Iraq and Djibouti, Africa. It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows, but it helped me grow up, which I needed. I learned valuable lessons that helped me grow into who I am today. I just returned from Djibouti, Africa, and came across Carry the Load. I lost a few people when I served, but I never knew a good way to remember them. They hold a special place in my heart, and I will never forget them in saying that if you want to give back but don't know how. Carry the Load is a great Charity to support. I invite everyone to Riverchon Park in Dallas on May 26, 2024, to walk with us for the Dallas Memorial March. Kids, Babies, Dogs, Cats, and Parrots are all welcome to join us. The more, the merrier.
