Vendor Release and Acknowledgement
I hereby submit my application to become a vendor in the “Run For Our Heroes” vendor fair. I agree to abide by the rules as set forth by the “Run For Our Heroes” committee. Furthermore, I hereby release and forever discharge the “Run For Our Heroes” from any responsibility or liability for loss, claims, damage, theft, injury or accident. Applicant agrees to attend the event in its entirety (unless there is an emergency or has been arranged prior to the actual event). Event will occur rain or shine. Applicant may choose to bring a tent/cover to protect from the outside elements (please factor in possible wind conditions). I hereby release my permission for the use of photos which may be taken by event staff.
